Processing Times:

• Ready to ship items are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

• Pre order items are made to order and will be dispatched within the time frame given stated on the item description.

UK Shipping:

• Next Day Delivery: Available only on ready to ship items. Order by 1pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Otherwise order before 9pm for it to be dispatched the next day.

• Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days after dispatch. All preorder items are shipped using this service.

International Shipping:

• Europe: 3-5 working days

• US: 5-7 working days

• Australia: 6-10 working days

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We operate in very limited runs, all items are handmade in London, that’s both the ready-to-ship and the pre-order items.

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing, product details & notes, and timelines carefully before purchasing, as each piece is produced in small quantities with a high level of craftsmanship.

Returns:

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

• Once approved, items must be sent back within 7 days of your return being accepted.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition.

• All original packaging must be included.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges:

Due to the nature of the limited runs and small stock numbers, we cannot guarantee an exchange but please contact us as soon as possible if you do require one.

Non returnable items:

• Made to order/preorder items are not eligible for returns.

• Any custom or personalised items cannot be returned.

Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Preorder items are made to order. This means the timeline for them to be shipped requires a little more time. Please always read the product description for the shipment date. They cannot be made or sent any sooner.

Preorder items are non returnable as it is considered a custom made to order piece.

We release pieces in limited monthly drops, available for a short period before closing. This allows us to focus on producing and packaging each piece with care, from ready-to-ship styles to made to order items. Once a drop closes, we shift our full attention to fulfilling those orders and focusing on the next release.

This also ensures exclusivity for our customers, keeping quantities low, and restocks are not guaranteed.
