How long is delivery?

Every item is crafted to order, as we strive to minimize waste by not maintaining regular stock. Given the handmade nature of our products, please anticipate a production time of 7-10 business days, in addition to shipping duration (which may vary depending on your global location). Please note that this timeframe might be subject to adjustments during specific product launches or periods of high demand. Rest assured, we are committed to expediting the process as much as possible.

When do you restock?

We're adopting a multiple-drop approach for each new collection to meet the ongoing demand. Initially, a limited quantity is stocked to ensure timely fulfillment, with restocks planned for subsequent batches of orders. However, this process differs when we introduce an entirely new collection, as it usually replaces the previous one. Our commitment to limited productions means that certain items will never be restocked. This decision is influenced by whether an item is part of our core line or if it's crafted from irreplaceable deadstock fabric. Typically, we avoid restocking pieces to maintain a dynamic website, continuously offering fresh and exclusive designs for every customer engaging with our brand.

Can I make a custom order?

We accommodate custom orders based on our current workload, which may sometimes limit our ability to fulfil them. When possible, we exclusively accept custom requests for our original designs. These customizations involve utilizing our existing or previous patterns, allowing for modifications such as choosing different fabrics, colors, altering lengths, adding or removing sleeves, incorporating or closing slits, among other specified adjustments. However, we do not undertake orders based on designs from external sources or individual requests unrelated to our original designs.

“I’m between sizes, what size shall i order?”

We work hard to make sure the size info for each item is clear. We use a standard size guide, but we also have our own special way of cutting/grading the clothes so they fit really well once you put them on. Our advice: go for your usual size. For sizes like UK 8-10, if you're a solid 8, pick size 6-8 for a snug fit. If you're sometimes an 8 but also a 10, try the 8-10 range.
